"Villa CR173 at El Valle surpassed our expectations :-) It is modern, spacious, very clean and superbly comfortable. The villa has everything you need for a lovely stay and we were delighted with Melanie, the key-holder, who met us late on a Saturday night having already stocked up on essential provisions for us - huge thanks. The pool was lovely and pool towels are provided. El Valle itself is very quiet, but handily located 15 mins from Murcia and 20 mins from the beaches at San Javier / Los Alcazares. The onsite supermarket at El Valle is perfect for essentials and very reasonably priced. For a large shop, I would recommend Carrefour Planet in Murcia - it's huge and only 20 mins away! "2011 has been our second season using Connect Rentals to organise the rental of our house in Spain. We have always found Jane Lavender and her staff very approachable and wiling to sort out any requests that we have and any issues or problems with our renters. The staff always try to ensure that a fair price is paid by the renters when negotiating a deal. More importantly they have always managed to rent out our house fully for the summer season; even in a time of recession! The client base that Connect rentals recruit from take care of our house and property as they are fully vetted by the company: usually families just wanting a lovely holiday in first class accomodation.
